This workshop deals with the essentials of setting up and using a monitoring and evaluation system for a project or an organisation. It clarifies how you design a system to monitor as well as an evaluation process. It also focuses on how you collect the information you need. Next, it teaches how to use data by analysing the information in an efficient method. Also, it probes some of the issues and challenges that could arise during the evaluation stage.
